It all started way back in 1970, when Suresh marathe, a zealous and enthusiastic food lover and an expert cook forayed into the restaurant business by managing/establishing. He started with a very small investment, due to lack of access to capital and absence of family backing. It was entirely on his own that he began, and stuck it out with grit and passion. His two brother joined as a formal business partner after helping informally in the beginning.
Together, they then set up and operated their own units –
- Hotel Bhagylaxmi – very well known for its small menu yet consistent quality food
In addition,after few years{2012} they launched – HOTEL BL PALACE when his son Mr. tushar marathe comes with some hitech studies in hotel industry. he passed his degree in hotel management (bsc. hospitality studies from nasik)after completing his studies he started a new concept in a town which caters to parties, weddings and functions. They built a respectable reputation for themselves and their restaurants, very well known for the taste, hygiene, innovative menus, excellent service and last but not the least, quality.
